Separating bossing from PvP and building a mounted attack that does not mistake monster damage for battlefield readiness.

Why This Matters
Mounted troops are often the first strong troop type on an account because monster hunting rewards mounted attack. That does not make a boss march a PvP march. Monster skills, gear, refines, and Soul Blazons do not automatically produce a good battlefield attack.
A PvP mounted march needs attacking conditions, layers, survivability, Honor Blazons, and suitable ground-heavy targets.
How Evony Actually Works
After standard layers, a common mounted PvP structure uses the top four mounted tiers, placing about 50% in the highest tier and distributing the other half evenly among the next three.
Step-by-Step Walkthrough
- Create separate presets for bosses and PvP.
- Add standard layers to the PvP preset.
- Allocate half of remaining capacity to the highest mounted tier.
- Split the rest evenly across the next three mounted tiers.
- Use Honor Blazons for mounted PvP and Soul for monsters.
- Build compatible PvP generals rather than reusing a monster-only assistant.
- Scout for ground-heavy targets and treat ranged-heavy defense as a warning sign.

Keep the boss march productive while developing a separate PvP pair gradually.
